under the law of tourism, Internet law and other relating
laws and regulation of Vietnam’s government.
- All information on this site is up to date due to the agent
changes of prices without any notice.
- Any visitor to this website with any purpose such as searching
for information, enjoying photos, looking for holiday packages…
has to accept the terms and conditions of the site.
- Copying information, photos, design… without our agreement
is considered “violation”.
CONDITIONS
1 – Questions and inquiries:
Any question or inquiry within or relating to our products
and traveling to Sapa and in Vietnam such as weather, local
information, hotels, tours, airlines… are welcomed and
can be send to us via our email address…………….
, by fax…. or even phone…... A member of sapa-vietnam.com
team will reply within 24 hours in spite of holidays.

– Reservation and confirmation
A.
How to make reservation:
In order to make reservation, please provide us with below
details:
+ Personal information: Full name; Date of birth; Passport
number; Nationality of all members;
An urgent contact phone number.
+ Trip or service information: Name/code of the trip, holiday
package or services and Departure date of the trip.
B.
Confirmation
- After receiving your reservation details, we shall check
availability of all services you have requested and will confirm
as soon as possible by reply email if all the requested package
and relating services available.
- In cases of unavailability of certain services, We shall
reply as soon as possible with our alternative suggestion
and in this case we need your solution as soon as possible
for fast processing of your reservation due to the developing
situation of tourism & services industry in Vietnam, especially
in the peak season.

- Guaranty booking & Payment
A. Deposit:
- Right after receiving the final confirmation from us, you
will need to secure all services booked for the trip. A deposit
of 30% of the total cost is requested to guarantee all bookings.
- For reservations and bookings made less than 30 days before
departure date of the trip, full payment should be requested
in some cases, especially for hotel reservation.
- Deposit can be made by credit card, telegraphic transfer
or bank account transfer to our company’ account in
Vietnam and will be advised and chosen at convenience. Transferring
fee will be paid by clients.
B.
Full payment:
- Final payment will be made by USD cash or credit card at
our sales office or at your hotel in Hanoi after arrival.
- Payment by credit card will be subjected to 3% for bank
fee.

– Cancellation:
- Cancellations should be made officially by email or fax
to us at above email or fax and cancellation fee is as below:
+ Total deposit will be refunded for cancellation 20 days
before departure date of the trip.
+ Total deposit will be charged for cancellation less than
20 days before departure date of the trip(no refund)
+ Transferring fee will be charge when refunding the deposit.

– Children Policy:
- Children under 2 years old enjoy free of charge.
- Children from 3 years to under 6 years old pay 40% of the
adult rate.
- Children from 6 years to 12 years old pay 75 of the adult
rate.

– Insurance:
- The cost of all the trips are not included insurance.
- It is strongly advised to have your personal insurance arranged
before starting your trip.

– Liability:
- Explorer Tours Vietnam is a travel company and acting as
a intermediary between travelers and local service providers
such as hotels, transport companies, airlines… as such
Explorer Tours will not be liable for any blame of luggage
losses, incidence and accidence caused by the third parties.
- However in such cases, Explorer Tour Vietnam is always at
your side to protect your legal interests according to Vietnam’s
laws and international regulations.
